How To : Grow Strong + Healthy Hair

Hey There Beautiful People! Hope Your day is going great! It's your girl Olivia here with some tips to help your hair be more beautiful then ever! This tips will also help if your trying to grow your hair out.

Before we start I have some good news and some bad news about hair growth:
Your hair growing 1/2 an inch every four weeks. I know what you're thinking "As IF!" But this is true. You might not see it though because the ends of your hair break off which causes your hair to look like it hasn't grown at all.
Now for the bad news. There is no way to help your hair grow faster :( I know, it stinks! But there are some ways to help prevent your ends from breaking so that you can see the 1/2 an inch that grows.

1. Sleep With Your Hair Down
I know it's tempting but ponytails can be your worst enemy. They put strain on your hair and causes it to break! It's okay to put your hair up now and then but just not all the time.

2. Put those irons away!
Don't use irons on your hair all the time! You can probably guess that frying your ends is something what will defiantly cause them to break off which also cause those pesky flyaway that always stick up not mater what your try!

3. Don't use shampoo on your ends!
Shampoo is something is going to make your hair dry and lifeless which is why you shouldn't wash your ends and you should only wash your hair every other day.

4. Don't brush your hair if it's wet.
Your hair is at it most fragile when it's wet. It's okay to brush through it with a wide tooth comb. Just make sure you don't go through it to many times :)

5. Don't rub your hair with a towel.
Like I already said your hair is more likely to break if it's wet. So when your hair is wet, don't rub it dry. Gently squeeze the water out. Trust me, it makes a difference!
